HandyMan Montenegro is a platform that connects customers with verified cleaning professionals in Montenegro. We facilitate the booking and management of cleaning services but do not directly provide cleaning services ourselves.

3. User Accounts

To use our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete information • Maintaining the security of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to: • Use the platform only for lawful purposes • Provide accurate information about your cleaning needs • Treat service providers with respect and professionalism • Pay for services as agreed upon • Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Service Providers

Service providers on our platform: • Must be verified and background-checked • Are independent contractors, not employees of HandyMan Montenegro • Are responsible for their own insurance and licensing • Must provide services in accordance with their agreements with customers • Are subject to our quality standards and review process

6. Payments and Billing

Payment terms: • All payments are processed securely through our platform • Prices are set by individual service providers • We may charge service fees as disclosed at the time of booking • Refunds are subject to our refund policy • You are responsible for any applicable taxes

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policy: • Customers may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled service • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to fees • Service providers may cancel due to safety concerns or other valid reasons • Refunds are processed according to our refund policy • Disputes are handled through our customer support system

8. Limitation of Liability

HandyMan Montenegro's liability is limited as follows: • We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by third parties • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our platform services • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Service providers are responsible for their own insurance coverage • We provide the platform "as is" without warranties
